Victron - BlueSolar MPPT Charge Controller 75/15 [SCC010015050R]
Couldn't load pickup availability
The same fast MPPT charging as the SmartSolar — without built-in Bluetooth. The Victron BlueSolar MPPT 75/10–100/20 uses the identical charging hardware to the SmartSolar range: ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking, a multi-stage adaptive algorithm, and up to 98% efficiency. The one difference is that Bluetooth isn't built in. Add a VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle for wireless setup and monitoring in VictronConnect, or configure it over VE.Direct with a GX device or the MPPT Control display. Want Bluetooth out of the box? Choose the SmartSolar version.
This range covers the small-to-midsize end of the line in four models — 75/10, 75/15, 100/15, and 100/20 — spanning 10–20 A of charge current and 75 V or 100 V of PV input, with automatic 12/24 V operation (the 100/20 adds 48 V). Every model is UL 1741 and IEC 62109-1 certified and can drive a load directly through its built-in load output.
Who the BlueSolar MPPT 75/10–100/20 is built for
- Budget-conscious DIY builds — the same charging performance as the SmartSolar at a lower price when you don't need built-in Bluetooth.
- GX-monitored systems — if you already run a Cerbo GX, you configure and monitor over VE.Direct anyway, so the dongle is optional.
- RVs, vans, boats, and off-grid cabins — compact, vibration-tolerant, with a load output to run lights or a fridge directly.
- Installers — VE.Direct, GX integration, and full remote management on VRM.
Why this is the BlueSolar MPPT, not just another charge controller
Ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking
The BlueSolar MPPT recalculates the panel's optimal voltage/current point many times a second. In changing light it harvests up to 30% more energy than a PWM controller and up to 10% more than a slower MPPT — more of the sunlight that hits your panels ends up in your battery.
Configure over VE.Direct (or add Bluetooth)
The VE.Direct port connects to a GX device such as a Cerbo GX or the MPPT Control display for setup and monitoring, and on to Victron's VRM portal. For wireless setup from your phone, add a VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle — it gives you the same VictronConnect experience as a SmartSolar.
Intelligent multi-stage charge algorithm
Automatically steps through bulk, absorption, and float with a profile matched to your battery chemistry — lithium, AGM, gel, or flooded — using automatic voltage selection. It can even revive a fully discharged battery and reconnect to a lithium battery whose internal protection has tripped.
BatteryLife battery management
When short days mean the controller can't fully recharge the bank, a lead-acid battery can get stuck cycling between partial charge and empty — which destroys it in weeks. The BatteryLife algorithm nudges the load-disconnect level day by day until the battery reaches a near-full recharge about once a week, extending its life.
Intelligent load output
The 75 and 100/15 models include a load output you can wire devices to directly, with a configurable low-voltage disconnect (or BatteryLife management) so a load can't flatten your battery. The output is short-circuit proof. On the 100/20's 48 V mode the load terminal drives a relay rather than switching the load directly.
SafetyShield+ protection
Temperature-compensated charging, over-temperature protection, and safeguards against PV short circuits, reverse polarity, and reverse current are all built in.
Available models
All four share the same charging smarts — the difference is how much PV voltage and charge current they handle. Match the model to your panel string voltage and the charge current your battery bank can accept.
| Model | Max PV voltage | Charge current | System voltage | Max PV power (12V / 24V / 48V) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MPPT 75/10 | 75 V | 10 A | 12 / 24 V | 145 W / 290 W / – |
| MPPT 75/15 | 75 V | 15 A | 12 / 24 V | 220 W / 440 W / – |
| MPPT 100/15 | 100 V | 15 A | 12 / 24 V | 220 W / 440 W / – |
| MPPT 100/20 | 100 V | 20 A | 12 / 24 / 48 V | 290 W / 580 W / 1160 W |

How to Find the Amps you Need!
AMP= Watts / Volts x 1.25
Example: AMPS = 1000 Watts / 12 Volts x 1.25 = 104.1 AMPS (Round up to 110 or 120 Amp)
Most of the time you want 25% more than what is the actual requirement. If the AMPs aren't available as the exact Amperage, then round up to the next available.
